Hey, I’m Tana. And if there’s one thing I know, it’s what it feels like to hide from yourself and feel so far from the stability and courage to make your hopes a reality.

From losing my older brother to cancer when I was only six, and spending years being bullied, cast aside, and feeling like I didn’t belong on this weird planet, the crushing weight of self-criticism, shame, and ‘not enoughness’ ruled my life.

I became familiar with panic, self-doubt and the depths of despair from a very young age, and blamed myself for it all. Regardless of how many types of therapy I explored, I thought I should know better and be further along.

The answers finally came through understanding how to experientially shift my nervous system state - not just talking about my pain, but feeling my way through it in a way that actually worked..

Somatic therapy gave me a way back to myself, and now I have the privilege of bringing this work to other sensitive souls like you who are tired of feeling stuck and broken.

With my background in counselling, trauma-informed somatic coaching, and creative art therapy, I’ve spent years sensitive souls with ADHD and Complex-Trauma put self-doubt and shame behind them and step into the world unapologetically as who they actually are.

That’s why I created

So that you can wake up one day and realise you don’t have to fix yourself, you just have to come home to who you’ve always been.

I have designed this one specifically so that you can get something new from the experience. We will be going deeper into what it truly means to take up space, hold your ground, and move beyond the old pain of the past. You will definitely find something new here.

What sort of practices will we be doing?

Practices will include movement, writing, and somatic parts work practices so please bring your pen and paper, and ensure you are in a private space with good internet connection. The practices are designed to support deep healing, as well as the physical release of fear. You'll learn the tools that you can apply in your daily life for years to come.
